What is ShiokSales?ShiokSales is a Southeast Asia deals marketplace for limited-time offers, Flash Deals, vouchers, and Group Buying campaigns from trusted merchants.
Where do you operate?We focus on SEA shoppers and merchants, with Singapore as our primary market. Shipping and redemption details are shown on each deal page.
Accounts & orders
Do I need an account to buy?You can browse freely. Checkout and some features (including Contact and Group Buy join/purchase) require a registered customer account that is activated/approved.
How do I track my order?Sign in to your customer account to view order status, vouchers, and shipment updates. Merchants may also email updates to the address used at checkout.
What payment methods are supported?Available methods depend on your location and the deal. Common options include card payments and other gateways enabled for the storefront (e.g. Stripe/PayPal where available).
Flash Deals & vouchers
What is a Flash Deal?Flash Deals are time-limited offers with countdown timers and limited stock. When the timer ends or stock runs out, the promotional price may no longer apply.
How do I redeem a voucher?Open the deal page and follow How to redeem / voucher instructions after purchase. Present the voucher code or QR as directed by the merchant before the expiry date.
Can I cancel or get a refund?Cancellation and refund rules are listed on each deal under Terms & Cancellation. Digital vouchers that have been redeemed usually cannot be refunded. Contact us from your account if you need help.
Group Buying & ShiokSales Prime
How does Group Buying work?Join a Group Buy campaign for free. When enough people join (or if you unlock early as a Prime member), you can purchase at the volume price. If the campaign fails to reach its target before the deadline, no purchase charge is taken for free joins.
What is ShiokSales Prime?Prime (VIP) members can buy at the Group Buy volume price early, before the join target is reached. Prime pricing and benefits are shown on the VIP checkout page.
When am I charged for a Group Buy?Joining is free. You are charged only when you complete purchase at the volume price after unlock (or as a Prime early buyer).
Merchants & support
Who fulfils my order?Most deals are fulfilled by the listing merchant or ShiokSales Official. Check the seller panel on the product page for store info and shipping estimates.
